About this honey

Every spring, following the initial blossom showers, the rolling hills of Coorg turn white as millions of fragrant coffee flowers open simultaneously. Bees feast on this abundant nectar along with wild cardamom flowers. The resulting honey is rich, golden-amber, with notes of toasted caramel, hazelnut, and a delicate jasmine-like floral top note.
