About this honey

Considered the champagne of Indian honeys. Harvested exclusively during the 14-day bloom of Robinia acacia in the Kashmir alpine valleys. Because of its naturally high fructose-to-glucose ratio, pure Kashmir Acacia honey remains liquid and crystal-free for years. It possesses an almost transparent water-white hue with a whisper-light vanilla and delicate floral finish that will not overpower fine teas or desserts.
